This is simple AppleScript applet that launches the Mail app then hides it. This is usefull if you want Mail.app always be running in the background, but you dont want the interface to be shown every time you start your computer.

Previously you could set login items to hide on macOS but for some reason this feature was removed at some point. So this fills the gap.

To use just set Launch and Hide Mail.app as a login item in system settings.
